i had a cat 4 birads with an 6mmx5.4mm solid mass with irregular borders.  what are the odds this biopsy will turn out to be cancer vs. fibroadenoma?

I can't give you odds on this one but I will tell you that a mass with irregular borders does raise the level of suspicion. As a rule cysts and Fibroadenomas have smooth borders but there are exceptions to every rule. This is why a biopsy of some type is the ONLY way to determine the true nature of any breast lump.   Regards ....
