black bumps around breast

My boyfriend and I were fooling around one night and the next day, I noticed my right breast was sore. I looked at it and there's a black bump on my right nipple. Part of the black bump looks torn. Not thinking much of it, a few days later, I noticed there developed a few more black bumps around my nipple. They're not as big as the first one, which is about 1 cm long in diameter. My nipple now is sore. My boyfriend wasn't very gentle when he was "playing" with my nipple--could this be why? I'm 19 years old and Asian and my grandma had breast cancer--I'm scared it could be breast cancer... My menstrual period isn't regular.

The black bump on your right nipple could be a result of trauma. When there are breaks in the skin, microorganisms can enter and result in a localized infection.
You should have it examined by your doctor. Appropriate antibiotic can be started once infection is established.
