blisters

Hi, I'm 21 years old and I recently had a burning sensation on my left breast. I was not concern, but two or three days ago I saw what it looked to me like a blister. After I took a shower I did the self examination, I do not feel any lumps, but my breast changed its shape. The blister was rubbing against my bra and it open, it hurts and buns at the same time. I am kind of concern now. I do not know if I'm just exagerating, I'm just 21 and no family history of cancer, and at the same time I kind of embarrased to see a doctor.
