Dear luz609, There could be any number of reasons for having bloody discharge from the nipple.  Over the internet without ability to evaluate it is impossible to say how it can be treated.  You may want to seek an opinion from a breast specialist who could re-evaluate your symptoms and testing that has been done.  These specialists are generally associated with large academic centers.

I had a bloody nipple discharge.  My mammogram, ultrasound and biopsy didn't have any major findings on them.  My ductogram showed multiple intraductal papilloma's
My surgeon removed one of my milk ducts for symptomatic relief (i.e., to stop the bleeding).  My pathology results came back positive for dcis.

I would suggest following it up.
