What you said above is generally true, but not for blood. Blood is always potentially serious. However, when it's bilateral in a young woman during pregnancy it's, in fact, almost certainly not dangerous. But seeing her doctor is important nevertheless.

Breast discharge of any color is not all that unusual when the breast is stimulated. You might ck. with your OB/GYN about this but when breast discharge is spontaneous (without any stimulation or squeezing) and from only one side it is cause for concern.
