I recently felt a lumpLumps in the breasts on my left breast and towards arm pit. I went and had done a mammogram and ulttrasound. I received a letter and call from my Dr. telling me that I need a MRI. Should I reallt\y be worried about this? Does breast cancer have other symptons? Tiredness, pain, headaches...?? 1 year ago I had a infected cyst on right breast but never had to egt a MRI to detect it?
Most likely your doctor ordered an mri because they cannot adequately see on the mammo or ultrasound due to the denseness of your breasts. MRI is the best way to detect anything if it is there and your doctor is being vigilent. Worrying won't change the outcome of anything. Be glad you have a doctor who is on top of his/her game. Regards
