breast ache

Since my husbands hernia surgery a month ago, I have been doing heavy lifting causing my right shoulder and breast to ache.  It is not a pain but just an ache, I am scheduled for my mammo on 8-14, should I try to get it earlier or could the shoulder and breast aches be caused by the heavy lifting I have been doing

Thanks so much for your comments.  It does make me feel better.  I too feel the aches are due to the increased activity, however, it does bring an uncertainty and is a little scary. Thanks again

I think you have answered your own question ... I'm quite certain the ache you describe is due to your increased activity. I see no reason to get an earlier date for your routine Mammogram ... the symptoms you describe have nothing to do with any breast cancer issues.   Regards ....
