breast and nipple pain

I am a male 21 years .I started gettin this pain on my left breast.When i am eating most foods my nipples become stiff on the both breast for a short period of time and then i get the pain and sometimes a numness in my face and a head pain.The pain would usually go away after that and turn into a gas pain.i sleep comfortable without pain.what could be causing this?
