breast burning pain

i am 70 yrs old  all of a sudden when i am lying in bed i get a sharp burning pain in  my left breast when i change the way i am lying the pain goes away

This may not be related to the breast and I would advise you to ck. with your family Physician about this pain for possible testing that may be indicated. An examination and more complete history would be necessary to even speculate as to the cause of this pain.  Regards ....
