I have a 43y/o patient with minimally invasive ductal ca in her  upper outer quadrant of  her rt breat.Is sub cuntaneous mastectomy with replacement of a prothes a justified treatment?

Dear mahmoudparsa:  Without evaluation, we cannot speculate on the appropriateness of any specific procedure.  Intervention for invasive breast cancer should be based upon the specifics of the disease (size of tumor, type of tumor, location of tumor relative to the anatomy, amount of breast tissue, as well as the wishes of the patient).  Ultimately, a breast surgeon perhaps along with a plastic surgeon who has reviewed the case will be best able to decide on the appropriate treatment.
