Dear service angel: Without examination, it is impossible for us to speculate on the cause of your pain. Certainly, there are many possible reasons for breast pain and discomfort. We recommend that you see your doctor and/or a breast specialist - these are often affiliated with large teaching hospitals.
I had my lumpectomy, radiation and chemo over 2-1/2 years ago. My mammograms have been clear along with follow-up but I continue to have pain, burning, and pressure sensation. I was told by the surgeon and radiation M.D. that this is common and probably due to the radiation but also could be due to the nerves being cut during surgery. No one seemed to have a definitive answer but assured me all was okay cancer wise.
