breast cancer phobia

Hi, I'm middle age lady. I had removed fibroadenoma lumps twice. My last ultrasound report done on March stating I have many breast cysts and some complex cysts which contains debris. I had my recent ultrasound and mammogram done on this 19 August. The radiologist had done a very long scan check unlike last time and always focused on my left breast near the nipple area. She had get another radiologist to discuss on my scan. They both discussed that I have many cysts and few solid lumps and mentioning about clustered cells. Both of them had told me to wait for doctor to review my report. From that day onwards, I had sleepless nite and full of stress on my results. Hopefully, they do not give me urgent call before my doctor appointment which will be on 14 Sep.

I can't rest in peace now due to those solid lumps and the word - "clustered cells" which means breast cancer will be attacking me soon?

I had read about books-Cancer Prevention Diet, My Beautiful Life- that some cancer patients tried macrobiotic diet and survive from cancer.

Do anybody have friends that started macrobiotic diet and heal from cancer?

Best Regards

Thanks for your kind advice.

I shall wait  for the result and cool myself away from stress.

Actually, sometimes I always feel my breast especially my left breast heavy and tense. I think this should be due to those cysts. I have already cut down on fried foods and meats but recently I drink back coffee with sweetener and condensed milk. I just do not know whether consuming diary products cause mucus that is harmful to breast problem or not??

Best Regards

There is NO diet that can "cure" breast cancer or any other type of cancer. The mere metion of "clustered cells" is something that I don't believe I have heard before as a report from any type of imagery. They may have been referring to clustered microcalcifications which is a finding that needs further investigation but DOES NOT mean cancer. A good healthy diet is always advisable under any circumstances and should be a part of a healthy lifestyle. The word "CURE" is rarely, if ever, used in connection with breast cancer. IF you have had fibroadenomas removed in the past you should know that they are solid lumps (benign) and cysts are usually fluid filled but sometimes also contain solid material (debris) which is what was found in your case. You need to calm down and review the results with your Dr. as scheduled rather than jumping to conclusions.   Kindest regards ....
