Dear prissyshar,  It is difficult to comment on your question without all of the information and out of context.  One of the characteristics of cancer is that it can spread.  Staging of cancers (through surgery and other testing such as scans,x-rays etc) gives us information that might increase our suspicion that the cancer has spread or not. Breast cancer that has spread would still be treated as breast cancer.  Sweat glands are found throughout the body, information on where on the body the sample was taken (a sweat gland on or near the breast or at a distant point) would also be taken into account in terms of treatment decisions.
