breast cancer with kidney transplant

my friend was first diagnosed with second stage breast cancer.Later on being hospitalized second stage  uterus cancer was detected.Before uterus could be removed surgically,her kidney started sign of failure.Doctors went ahead with the removal of uterus.at present first sitting of chemotherapy has been completed..she has 70% failure of both kidneys.Her blood gp is B+ve and a kidney is available for the transplant in the family.what are her chances of undergoing kidney transplant?what will be the course of treatment?

This is a question that cannot be answered here in our Forum; I would advise you or your friend to discuss this matter with her Oncologist. Complete medical records and history are needed to make such decisions and then there is also the matter of Privacy .... information such as this is rarely given to a "friend" unless by written permission of the patient.     Regards ....
