breast cancer worry

hi
im worried i could have breast cancer.
for the last 5 or 6 months i have had a dull ache in my right breast-it aches under my armpit and down the right side of the right breast and across my nipple,my right arm sometimes aches too and under my right shoulder
blade and sometimes (not that often) my right nipple sometimes itches,im 29 and mum of 4 (never breastfed),do not smoke and hardly drink.i have felt no lumps and there has been no discharge from the nipple or redness on or around the breast.
any advice would be great

I can see you are quite worried, I don't blame you as I know what you are feeling. I am not a doctor so I will not venture a medical reply. My best advise is for you to get an appointment not with any doctor but with a breast specialist as soon as possible. The specialist will probably run several tests to be sure what you may or not have.

Don't jump to conclusions or torture yourself, I do understand you have 4 kids but precisely because of your kids go to a breast specialist as soon as possible.
