breast cancer

I am currently receiving chemo for stage 2 IDC.  I received clear margins after my lumpectomy and lymph nodes were negative.  The lump measured 2.3 cm.  I have two more chemo sessions and then five weeks of radiation.  Can I expect a good prognosis?  Also the day after my chemo I have to go back to the same doctor's office where I have chemo for an injection that keeps my WBC up.  My question about that is, couldn't they just as well give me the injection while I am there for chemo instead of having to make another trip the next morning?

I was goiong to post this under the chemo forum, but it didn't show "post question".

I think the decision to not give the injection the same day as the Chemo is a wise one ... there are reasons for everything you know.
I don't see why you wouldn't have a good outcome since you were node negative. The Chemo and Rads is pretty much standard with the size of your tumor. As a rule anything over 1 cm. requires the treatment you have been prescribed.   Regards ...
