Hi Cynthia,
No need for apologies...and thank you for explaining clearly your Ultrasound report.
BIRADS 4, is just suggesting that the complex cyst is somewhat suspicious, but nothing more than that..  many are found to be harmless and I sure hope that everything will turn up just fine for you..
Having these complex cysts removed is the best solution and I would have opted to have them removed also.
Please let us know how things are proceeding.
Have a wonderful day too...  :)

Hi, I want to apologize for mis leading  you in any way, wan't my intention, I didn't mention that the sonogram, findings was category 4, and I am going to have a biopsy, they recommended I have the lump removes verses aspiration. well that's according to the report and my oncologist, but I' guessing I am still in the clear even though it's a complex cysts, I don't have any history of breast cancer in my family except my mothers aunt. I do not drink or smoke so I am not at a risk ractor, but Please except my apology again, I'm a little nervous and haven't been thing straight lately.  I hope you have a wonderful day!!!!!
Thank you sincerely,
Cynthia

The incomplete report you posted, and not mentioning that you were referred to a breast surgeon, and for a biopsy, is very misleading,  crothschild.

It almost feels like you did this on purpose, implying that she is disregarding of the fact that you may have cancer, and make her look bad, and then force her to write back and clarify.

Her first respnse to you was perfect, and so was the second, but you really wasted her time and should apologize, never mind say 'thank you'.

Hi again,
Since you did not mention in your first post that a biopsy was recommended, I have to assume that the cysts detected in your Ultrasound are not simple cysts but complex or solid cysts. The simple cysts are fluid filled sacs that do not need any treatment. However if  they become too enlarged and painful,a needle aspiration will usually resolve the problem.
I don't mean to alarm you in any way, but solid cysts or complex cysts, have to be biopsied to establish a definitive diagnosis before the lump is dismissed as a cyst.
Most lumps biopsied are found to be benign in nature,so going through this procedure is just for precaution and a good medical practice.
Wishing you all the best and good luck..

Hi, thank you for your concern, I'm new to all this and a little nervous about going to see the breast surgeon on tuesday and now I guess I can sleep better tonight, but I have to say when I hear biopsy it makes me wonder , but I guess it's all precautionary.  Now I can expect a better result ( no cancer).
Thanks a  whole bunch!

Hi,
No you don't have breast cancer..Your Ultrasound report stated that your bilateral lymph nodes are benign (no cancer) The BIRADS category 2 means "A definite benign finding; routine screening recommended"
You have small cysts but these are of no real concern.Cysts do not turn into cancer.
Congratulation on your Benign finding, but make sure you have your scheduled screening as recommended by your doctor.
All the best...
