I'm 63yrs old male with history of breast cancer stage 2 ,5 years ago ,i have treated with right mastectomyMastectomy Mastectomy - series followed by chemotherapy adrymicin and cyclophosphamide 8 cource 3 weeks apart followed by radiotherapy , now i have reccurence of the disease with small metastasisOvarian cancer metastasis Spleen metastasis - ct scan to lung and bone and i treated with taxotere and navelbine 6 courses 3 weeks apart with zometaZometa 3 times 2 months apart ,and my new chest ct shows complete absent of the metastatic nodules , what are you advice me to do about bone metastasis and if there is arule of hormonal therapy in my case as i'm male and my rescted right breast 5 years ago was weak positive to estrogen receptor ,and if there is benefit of using femara (hormaonal therapy) as prophylactic .
