The next question is if the poster paid any attention both now and then, as we will never know without the smallest response, and/or appreciation for our efforts?

Thanks, zouzi, for clarifying. I saved the article on my desktop but never remembered who suggested it. And since both bb and you are usually the gifted ones who find the best info, well, so much for that.

Thanks, jazzmine0123, for the tip, and zouzi for the rest.

Someone her, it may have been zouzi ot bb, recommended the following article to someone else a short time ago. I read it and it's excellent, about yeast, or fungal, infections.

Sounds like a yeast (fungus) infection to me. You could try some Lotrimen cream that you can buy over the counter. You would know in a day if it works and if it does, you continue treating the area for a few days.  Katrin

Why assume the worst? See your doctor.

Hi,
This sound like a skin problem, but I think that you should be seeing either a breast specialist or a dermatology for an accurate prognosis.
As I said it could be a skin problem, but it could also be something more serious .It's hard over the internet to say what this large burning patch on your breast may represents without being able to see it.
Please call your doctor to make an appointment. It's always best to check any abnormality that we notice in or on the breast.
Hoping that it's nothing serious.
Take care and best wishes....
