breast dent ???

I am 21 I went for a bath today and noticed a line/dent down the side of my right breast wen i raised my arm and when i touched it it hurt, i didnt notice the breast pain before just when i touch it, does anyone know what it could be?

You could be having these symptoms secondary to a bad posture, muscle pull, trauma at the site, or tight clothes.

Do pain relief medications help with your symptoms? What kind of work do you do?

Have you noticed any abnormal features on breast self examination like a breast lump, nipple discharge or skin changes?

Use some warm compresses, wear lose clothes and try some breast massage.

If your symptoms still persist, you would need to see your doctor for a clinical evaluation.
