breast dimple with side pain

a few days ago i noticed a small dimple in my right breast now its not huge meybe the size of my index finger nail, but the fact that i am experiencing pain at the side of the same breast, not on the beast but moe towards my back, it feels alot like bruising but i have no sign of any bruising on my skin. i am slightly worried and was just looking for some peace of mind.  i am due my period any day.

A breast dimple is not a usual sign of cancer and can be caused by several things.Something inside the breast is pulling the tissue inwards causing the dimple.
Try not to worry too much since you state that you also feel pain and pain is almost never associated with breast cancer.This could be a cyst,that could cause the pain you are describing,or other benign finding bu it's really hard to say without the benefit of a medical examination.If this is a new finding you are better off having your health care professional evaluate it
