breast fibroid

my friend is having blood coming out of her nipple without squeezing,also she had fibroid tumours at the age of 18 which she got removed... she is now 20..and again some blood is coming out...also she is still feeling some tumour in her left breast. doctor suggested her that the situation is normal and there is nothing to worry about, doctor also said that there might have been some cracks left after operation..thats y some blood is coming out..she is now very afraid. what to do? does that mean she has breast cancer?does that leads to death? and does that means she could not feed? please givei a satisfactory and detailed information on this situation. thank you

Dear ashu550, Over the internet without ability to evaluate including physical examination and review of testing it is impossible for us to say exactly what is causing her problem, it could very well be related to her prior breast surgery.  Her doctor would be best able to discuss her symptoms in context of her history and situation.  This may just need more time to heal but if she continues to be concerned she may want to have a second opinion from a breast specialist, these are usually associated with large acedemic centers.
