breast lump

Hi im 21 this year and i found a not very obvious lump year and half ago,its located on my above part of my breast, near to my chest.its hard and painless and does not move.i went to the doctors twice, the first doctor thought it was my bones(yes its that hard)well anyway,he then did an xray n found nothing,so i decided to get a second opinion, the 2nd doctor did a ultrasound and found nothing too n told me not to worry, that was a year ago, since then the lump has gotten way bigger n it feels like its reaching my nipples and i can even see it when i look in the mirro, but the way i kinda see it its like if it is something dangerous i would have gotten sick by now right but im fine just that the lump is still here n its getting bigger, should i b concern n go for a third opinion or has someone been through this n know what it is?im confused!

How are you? ? It is always good to be vigilant with regards to our health. There are risk factors that make one more susceptible to breast cancer such as age, personal or family history of breast cancer, genetic predisposition, radiation exposure, early onset of menstrual cycle, first pregnancy at an older age, smoking,  or alcohol intake (http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/breast-cancer/DS00328/DSECTION=4)
With the lump getting bigger and a year since your last visit to your doctor, i suggest you go back and have it checked for proper evaluation and for your peace of mind.
Take care and keep us posted.
