breast lumps and breast liguid

hello i am 23 yrs old and i have 2 question i would like to know i have has some bumps around my breast than later i get a white head on it and than later got white stuff comin out to day i have got one on my breast do u think that is somethin i should get checked out i mean could it be a lump? now it has a white head on it too do u think it somethin? and yesterday i has a lil of clear liquid comin out of my breast but it stop but my nipple is still a lil wet do u think i should get that checked out could it be that i am preg. or have got somethin? been feelin a lot of pain inside like near my bladder i cant even hold my pee in for more than 30 min cuz if i do it makes somethin in side hurt what do u think is worng with me? i mean i havent has a preoid for a while. i got a dr apt on dec 11 do u think i should go sooner than that? sorry for all these question i am jus gettin to worry and i am freakin out here

hi . I am 15 years old, and just yesterday, when I woke up, it felt like my breast were sore. i dont know what is going on because that has neverhappened before. I touched my breast and it hurted when i touched it, just one breast. and they both feel heavy. i even think I may have a lump in one, it feels kinda hard. please decribe what a breast lump is like. and I am not having any kind of sex, just to single that out.

is it good to grow hair on the breast? so u think it bad to have a pimple on the breast?

Dear babygurlz2380:  From what you describe, you may be referring to little glands on the areola called montgomery's glands.  There are also little sebacceous glands on the nipple area.  These can discharge some white oily substances.  Also, it is not impossible to develop a pimple on the breast.  You should have your doctor confirm that this is the case when you see him/her.  Your other problems need to be evaluated by a physician.  December 11 is probably okay but if you are concerned, see if you can move the appointment.  In the meantime, you could do a home pregnancy test to see if that may be an explanation.
