I HAD A BREAST MRI AND THE RESULTS SHOWED PALPABLE ABNORMALTY WITH A TINY FOCUS OF ENHANCEMENT NEAR IT. ALSO SHOWED OTHER SUSPICIOUS AREAS OF ENHANCEMENT. BIRAD 4. WHAT DOES ALL THIS MEAN.

Dear LLAMBERT:  This means that there are some suspicious areas on the MRI and BIRAD 4 often results in biopsy.  The challenge with MRI is that it is a very sensitive examination and commonly has false positive results that end up being biopsies, sometimes unnecessarily.  Your doctor will be best equipped with review of the entire situation, to determine what investigation should be done.
