breast muscle soreness

Two years ago, I was suffering with soreness in my left breast around the left side and underneath.  I had an ultrasound but the found nothing.  It is still sore when I press on the muscles and aches mildly almost all day every day.  I have a yearly mammogram and nothng has shown up.  Should I be worried?  I have a history of double breast cancer in my family.

You should try some OTC pain relief mediccations and see if it helps.

Try some warm compresses and breast massage and breast exercises. This could simply be a muscle pull or muscle sprain.

All these measures would help to relieve the pain.

The USG and mammogram coming out normal is good.
