breast numbness

by grammyb, May 30, 2007 12:00AM
I have been having numbness in the top of my left breast for about a month and a half, almost as if someone has a hand on my breast.  I've also had neck problems for some time, radiating pain, arthritis, etc., confirmed by Xrays.  Could this numbness be caused by pinched nerves?  My mammo in Jan. was normal, as usual.  I'm worried this might be a heart problem, such as blocked artery.  It is such a weird feeling that comes and goes, sometimes when I change position.  I haven't told my Dr. about it because I guess I'm embarrassed but it worries me.
