breast pain for men

i ame 14 years old and I have two lumps in the middle of my nipples, everytime i apply pressure on them it becaumes painfull and they have a tendebcy to retracr

This isn't unusual in young men your age. From your description I'm wondering if the lump you speak of isn't the nipple itself. You mention that when pressure is applied they have a tendency to retract. You could ask your family Dr. about this but I think it's just the norm with all the hormone changes that are going on in your body. Take care ....
