breast pain

i have suddenly developed pain at the top right hand side of my breast into the underside of my armpit  and now its gone round to my shoulderblade.. it hurts like hell if i move or suddenly sneeze.. i cant feel any lumps or cant think of anything i have done  to cause this.... any ideas please?? lyn

Hi,
First of all,breast pain is rarely associated with breast cancer.
This could very well be a pulled muscle which can be quite painful.
Try to apply some warm compresses and over the counter pain killers and see how it goes.
However if this pain persists, you should consider seeing your Family Doctor for further evaluation.
