Well, I have had another child and the same thing has happened. I went to the doctor and had an ultrasound and they found nothing. The pain is on the left side and often runs down my arm. I am hoping it's just a muscle strainStrains , because when I move in certain position I can feel the strainStrains .
From the way you are describing your symptoms, it could really be just muscular or nerve pain in which case you may have nothing to get worried about.
The negative mammogram and ultrasound findings are comforting enough. However, I suggest you continue monitoring your breasts for anything unusual and be sure to report these findings to your doctor.

Relax and enjoy your time with your kids!
