breast path report

I will rephrase my question.  Path reports states multifocal invasive mammary carcinoma with mixed ductal and lobular features.  Bloom Grade lll  Ductal carcinoma in situ, high grade cribiform and solid types.  Lobular carcinoma insitu, focally plemorphic.  I understand insitu and invasive but  confused on whether the lobular carcinoma appears to be invasive or insitu.  I am thinking feature means resembling large cells but is not invasive.  Appears that mixed ductal means there was insitu and invasive because it was mixed.  Would I be correct to say that lobular features means cells appear to look large meaning insitu NOT INVASIVE?

Dear swillis13, this path report states that there is invasive cancer with mixed ductal as well as lobular features.  In other words the features of the invasive cancer are both ductal and lobular.  Then it goes on to further describe the in situ areas of the specimen (both the ductal in situ as well as the lobular in situ areas).
