breast scaling and irritation

my age is 20yrs.
my right breast's areola is now whole scaly and itchy n a yellow fluid exudates but not from nipple....it started 6 months before almost on a small patch n nw has spread on whole areola....i dnt know wat 2 say nymore.......plz help me!!!!do i have a breast cancer or what???
