I had an ultra sound & the conclusion was in the upper right quadrant of the right breast at 10 oclock position, there is a 6mm hypoechoic irregular and heterogeneous solid lesion with accentuated vascularity adjacent to the lession....what do these words mean???

This type of report usually means that there is some suspicion that this may be cancer and usually follow up or even biopsy is recommended.

It also should say this  on the report itself? Please let us know what it says after what you posted here, because my judgement is not nearly as good, accurate and/or valuable than what it would say on the report, and/or the doctor has told you?

i saw the surgeaon and he said he wants me to have an MRI because the lesion in question is not able to be felt because I have breast implants , he said he thinks it nothing , see I had a mammogram & the tech was not able to get good pics because she couldn't maipulate my implants which have capular contrature, any way she said I should get an ultrasound , she turned in the pics she could get which I don't understand why.... when she did said she couldnt get good pics , anyway I had the ultrasound done & thats where they found the lump...my surgeon thinks that since the same radioligist read both reports they may have been just trying to cover there butts, i don't know but he didnt seem to concerned even though he cant feel it.....he is sending me to anoother place for the MRI just to see what they say....
