breast ultrasound

hi!is the US 100% accurate in determining if the cyst is fluid filled?and if the US shows a fluid filled cyst,wont it become cancerous if left alone?the doc said my cyst is so small and fluid filled so no need for biopsy and no need to aspirate it.pls what is your say on this?thank you

You have no reason to worry.The ultrasound can be very clear defining the lump being fluid filled.Cysts do not turn into cancer and can be left alone.If the cyst becomes too painful or too big,it can be aspirated by a fine needle syringe.Try to limit your caffeine intake and salt also.Relax dear and enjoy your life,you have nothing to worry about..
