I have a sore on my breast it feels very uncomfortable .I have no lumps thank god but looks like a pimple.
on my erola . could it just be a pimple.

If the sore spot in your areola also shows other possible symptoms like mentioned below ,then it could be Paget's disease.
Flaky or scaly skin on your nipple
Crusty, oozing or hardened skin resembling eczema, on the nipple, areola or both.
Redness
Itching
A burning sensation
Straw-colored or bloody nipple discharge
A flattened or inverted nipple
Affected areas beyond the nipple and areola
A distinct lump underneath the nipple and areola
Skin and nipple changes usually in one breast only
Fluctuating skin changes early on, making it appear as if your skin is healing on its own.
If you don't  have these symptoms also, then it could be an infection or pimple.But still if it doesn't get better in a week or so please see your doctor.

Hi,
Skin on the breast (and areola) is like skin anywhere else on the body and is subject to a variety of abnormalities - such as a pimple, for example.  If this gets worse or does not go away in a week or so, you should have your doctor take a look at it.
