Hi there.

This is rather an unlikely event but is still possible.  Cancer can indeed spread to every organ in the body and the pancreas may be no exception.

If the cancer has spread to the pancreas, or any other organs, this can be staged as stage IV disease, and the chance of survival dramatically decreases ( I believe about 20-30% 5 year survival rate).

The pancreatic involvement may make things more complicated due to the location of the organ and its proximity to the digestive organs as well.

Regards.
