bump on my breast

Last night I was checking my breast for any bumps and noticed a bump on left nipple. The bump looks pretty big but it doesn't hurt, when I squeeze it. I'm a little concerned about this. What can I do?

Hi,
There are plenty glands around the areola.At times when it gets blocked due to some infection or something, it enlarges and you get a little bump such as shown in the picture.
Please consult your doctor or a dermatologist for a breast exam and see whether you need an antibiotic or some other treatment to get rid of it.
