Dear Samilou
Microcalcification suggets a condition called "carcinoma in situ" of breast which in few cases (FEW CASES ONLY) can progress and then its excision (removal/ biopsy) is required. Dont worry even if it progresses it is absolutely curable.
god luck

Dear Marylou_ll, Your upcoming mammogram will be compared to the past mammogram and the results will be interpreted by the radiologist in context of what has transpired since the last mammogram (biopsy and the biopsy findings). It is impossible to say what might be needed as that would be very dependent on putting the results in context of the entire situation.
What do you mean when you say "what will happen if they have clustered more together", were they already clustered in your last biopsy? I suppose they were but the cluster may have not had the shape the doctors don't trust.
If they have clustered more together what will happen next will depend on the shape of cluster. You don't gain anything by thinking if more or less clustered now, remember the important issue is the cluster shape and that will only show in the pathologists biopsy report.
Just take it easy and wait for your pathology report a few days after your new biopsy.
Take care, take it easy and be well.
