I have found this information for you and I hope it helps.

Calcifications in the lymph nodes can be caused by several factors, and the possibility of these resolving depends on the cause.For example, if the cause is benign breast changes such as fibrocystic diseases, then this may not show on the next test since these lesions would usually resolve spontaneously.

If the calcification is due to a chronic infection such as TB, then this may take a longer time to resolve (years) or may even persist for life.

If the calcification is due to premalignant lesions such as DCIS, then these can be removed through surgery.
