can breast cist be removed and covered by health insurance

iim 28 years old and i developed cists under my nipples when i was 14,they were very painful but eventually the pain subsided but the lumps did not.can they be removed and if so will my health insurance cover it if a doctor agrees with it.also will i have to be put under for this.please respond im very uncomfortable with these things becauseof the size of them

If the Physician recommends surgical removal of these cysts the procedure would certainly be covered by Insurance. This would be done under General Anesthesia but would not be a very complicated procedure or a very lengthy one. You should see a Surgeon and follow whatever recommendation he/she makes regarding the removal of the cysts.     Regards ....
