Hi again,
As I said before, breast pain can be caused by many benign conditions and it's rarely associated with breast cancer. It is difficult though to specifically associate your symptoms with any particular disease without a complete medical examination being done.
You should not feel sorry for worrying about this pain you are experiencing...we all feel the same when something is not right and this is why we need a doctor's assistance for a correct diagnosis.
Please make an appointment to see your doctor or preferably a breast specialist..The sooner you'll find out the cause of your pain, the better you will feel.
Wishing you all the best! :)

I always wear a bra.. it fits perfect... I have never been on birth control pills.... or any type of birth control... I'm 26 and have 3 kids... before I had and of my kids I was a c-cup.. after my first child I went down a cup size and happened with my other kids.. now I just fit in a a-cup... could that have anything to do with it... my youngest is almost 2 now... can it also be milk drying up?? But my breast are both the same size that's what I don't get lol I'm sorry just getting paranoid

Hi.
Many conditions could cause breast pain including injuries, infection and Fibrocystic breasts changes.
These changes are mainly caused by hormonal changes in the body particularly if you are on birth control pills or have gained weight.
To help reduce breast pain try wearing a good supportive bra to reduce breast movement. Many women with breast pain find it comfortable to also wear a bra while they sleep.
Try to reduce caffeine intake (coffee, tea, soft drinks, chocolate).
Maintain a low fat diet rich in fruits, vegetables, losing excess weight may reduce breast pain by stabilizing hormone levels.
Usually breast pain is not associated with breast cancer, but if your  symptoms persist you should consult your doctor for a clinical breast exam,to make sure that your breasts are healthy and that there is nothing you should be concerned about.
Best wishes...
