can lymphedema cause finger joint pain?

My fingers are slightly larger (rings don't fit) since my double mastectomies.  Otherwise I'm not bothered by lymphedema.  I'm just finishing 6 nos. of chemo, including taxol, and my fingers hurt to move or use them.  Is this lymphedema or taxol or both?

Dear mahopk:  Without evaluation, it is impossible to determine what might be causing your finger pain.  Were lymph nodes removed with your mastectomies?  Are the fingers sore on both hands?  It is best if you review these concerns with your oncologist so that you can be properly evaluated and treated appropriately.
