can mesh be loosened?

I had a  biLateral tram flap in 2002. The surgery went okay, but about 5 days after surgery, there was a small opening in the inscision in the middle. I ask the Dr. if he was going to put even a butterfly tape on it so it wouldnt open more. He said it would be okay he wanted it to close on its own. It didnt, by 2 weeks time, it had torn upward past my naval. The PS had me putting ointment on it, like that would help. It was about 3 inches wide, and from the inscision line to about an inch above my naval, It was black hard on most of it, and yellow and fleshy looking on one side of it. I didnt have any pain in it because my abdomen was numb.  I was totally freaked out, and that PS would come in the room, saying "looking good". I didnt have an infection. I think, my skin was thin, he pulled it to tight, and because it was numb I didnt feel it.  He went out of the country on a trip, so it was 2 months before he did surgery to close it.  My breasts looked like raw flesh with some yellow muccos looking stuff, round, and about 3" across. I got a copy of my records, and he said, he cut out the bad stuff and tossed it away. My abdomen was so tight after the first surgery, Ive wondered where he got the skin to close this. its jagged, but it is closed. He grafted skin from my leg and put over my breasts.  It took over 8 months to heal. It was so tight, little holes kept pulling away from the closure. for 5 months, we had to soak a 4X4 in saline solution, push it into the holes (I think I had 4) until dry, pull it out and do it again.  The mesh, is so tight it sometimes makes it hard to breath, across my waist. It feels like a tight rope pulling tight, just above my naval. I feel if they just could cut the mesh (I think that is  what it is, it goes straight my waist) at the edge. This is getting to long, sorry. Just a quick ending. my PS quit.. When it was healed, we went in for our appointment to discuss the surgery to finish, put on nipples, remove some lumps, one in the center of my stomach. He said, Im sorry but I am not going to do anything else, there has been so many problems.So I didnt have anyone to ask any questions or help. WE WERE DEVASTED. A year later It started with bowel problems (now I know it was adhesions) I lost 47 lbs, diagnosed with gastroparesis (I realize it is adhesions) Have been on Ensure nutrional drink only..no solid food, for 3 years last april. NO DR WILL TOUCH ME I am scared because my bowels have to be loose, or I have to use enema to get it going. My bowel problems, I dont have any feelings to push to go, they just sit (it feels like) they are narrowing, close to blocking in some areas.The microscopic colitis I was diag. with causes inflamation (inflammation) and swelling, GI Dr says Learn to live with it. Urine doesnt start for a while after I sit down. This probably wont get on because it is so long. But I had to vent. I dont know what to do. Been to specialist they wont touch my abdomen. Thank you
