chest pain

i have been having pain in my chest thay are sharp i dont only get it from my chest sometimes it get in my sides also thay come and go people say its stress but a friend said it might be breast cancer because its a sharp pain instead of a ball in my breast i had my doctor look at it they didnt find any balls in my breast but its a new cancer from what ive been told  what i do when i get these pains is stand up left my arms and breath in an out slowly its get so bad at times i can move and can breath and no one can help me

Breast cancer is rarely characterized by pain. You should really have this chest pain evaluated by your Physician as it could be from any number of causes but not breast cancer. Regards ....
