chicken pox at pregnency

My wife is 16 weeks pregnant. She is infected by Small pox.
I want to know, is there a rixe that the baby will get infected? Will there be any abnormalitys in the body. If so please tell me what kind And help me out. some friends have suggested about termination of the baby. What do u suggest?
Is there a chance to have a Healthy baby?
