concern or not concern

I have had a mamo and ultrasound, I have a new lump formed, I have a history  of fibrocystic breast disease but this lump is different, also, had basel cell skin cancer, thryroid cancer and hematuria which results of abnormal cells every 6 months for several years causes me to go through cystoscopes regularly.  The ultrasound looked like a cyst, however, Dr. stated their are some other things within the cell, heto something I forget.  He will discuss with my Dr. whether to do a biopsy.  Can lumps that appear like cysts because the are circular, etc.  be also cancerous based on what the Radiology doctor stated that there were some signs, but looks like a cysts?  Also, can the abnormal hematuria and the breast be related?

I see no relation between the breast issue and your other problems. A cancerous lump can be any shape or size ... some cysts can be both solid and fluid filled and often require a biopsy. If there is any doubt at all then biopsy is the way to go .... this is only way to be 100% certain if a lump is benign or malignant.   Regards ......
