concerns of the breast exam

I have been really tired and I have noticed for long while now tht i have had discharge from my nipples. I am 33 yrs old. I had a knot in my rt breast and soreness in left. I went to dr. they done blood work to ck hormones and everything. good results but my red blood count was 4.48L. they sent me for my first mammo. it came back like this..
moderately prominent fibroglandular densities are seen in each breast w/out evidence of dominant nodule or tumor microcalcification. ultrasound necessary for further evaluation. so they sent me for ultrasound. it came back like this..two small hypoechoic densities are seen in the right breast in the 4 and 12 o'clock positon each measuring 4 millimeters in size. unsure if truly a focal lesion. theres no evidence of thorugh transmission or posterior shadowing. left breast normal. benign charachertics in rt breast.

This discussion is related to ultrasound of breast.

I would just keep an eye on it. 20 years ago I had a lump and bleeding from the nipple. A well known breast surgeon I went to took me off the pill for 3 months and I never had a problem again until now. I am  40 and have been diagnosed with Invasive Ductal Carcinoma and now have to have a mastectomy. The lump I found was in the exact same spot as the one 20 years ago. The docs tell me that I will never know if the 2 incidents are related but I think they are. Just be aware of your own body.
