could it be cancer

Hi, during the past year I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism and it has just gone downhill from there.  My thyroid hormone level is normal due to medication now.  I've had chronic fatigue, painful lumps in my breast, noticable veins in my breasts and arms, burning between my shoulder blades (sometimes), and in the past couple of months I have tender points in most of my upper body and under my shoulder blades. I am also noticing many moles that I did not have before.  Could this be cancer or something related to my hypothyroidism?

Dear TCA:  This does not sound like the typical presentation for cancer.  However, it is difficult to say what may be causing your symptoms.  I would recommend that you see a good internist for a thorough physical examination including mammography, if applicable.
