cyst about .3mm

I had  breast ultrasound last april 8, 2009 and the result was i'm having .3mm cyst. Is that dangerous already? but the doctor said that it's a little cyst that in my age can have...and nothing to worry just do the ultrasound before 1 year.There's nothing to worry he told me coz it's a little one that even i want surgery the doctor will not allow...please help me with these problem.

Dear evev:  If this cyst is really 0.3mm, I doubt it cold even be visualized on an ultrasound.  More likely this is a 3mm cyst (about 1/8 inch).  It would still be too small to aspirate (which is the usual treatment for a cyst if the cyst is causing pain).  A cyst is by definition benign.  So, if it is a cyst, there is no reason to worry.
