cystic acne? one cyct on chest

my 15 yr old daughter came to me with a cyst  on her chest it had a head on it and she squeezed pus out. It is on the breast tissue.  We went to the dermatologist and he injected it with steriod.  It seemed to shrink but then filled up again. While it does not look bad for the outside the cyst seems to extend very deep. He said he eill inject it again and if this does not work referr us to a plastic surgeon for removal.  I had had cysts in my breast and my mother had breast cancer at age 39. In the past I have had my cysts aspirated.  Could this cyst on my daughters chest be aspirated? The Dermatologist diagnosed it as cystic acne.  While she has a few pimples on her chest this is the only one that is a cyst.

I don't know much about skin cysts on the breast, but your dermatologist should be a good resource for you to ask questions.  If you want a second opinion, try the plastic surgeon and see what he/she has to say.
